German-Malaysian Institute (GMI) is an advanced training centre for high technology applications established in 1992 as a joint venture project between the Governments of Malaysia and Germany. The objective of GMI is to qualify highly skilled and competent workforce in modern technology for the Malaysian Industry.

In line with our expansion plans, we are seeking highly qualified candidates to take up the following challenging positions:

Technician

(Selangor - BANDAR BARU BANGI)

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field.
• Required skill(s): experience in process instrumentaion/maintenance electrical/electronic/mechanica, able to analyze troubleshooting and repairing of training equipment breakdown, Computer literate and able to operate application software..
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in BANDAR BARU BANGI.
• Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Engineering - Industrial or equivalent.
• 2 Full-Time positions available.
• Updating of records including equipment breakdown etc.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a professional manner
• Able to communicate with various levels of employment
• A dynamic team player
• Display eagerness to learn
• Hardworking, independent and self-motivated
• Good in Time Management, punctual, discipline and positive attitude
• Able to work in long hours
• Ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Physically fit
